Greenlight was founded by writer-director James Morelli-Green in 2025, joined by collaborators James Bushe and James Harrison; a trio affectionately dubbed James-Cubed …y’know, because there’s three Jameses, and at least one of them is a total nerd.

James Morelli-Green has written, directed, and consulted on scripts for TV, films, and advertising with independent production companies, major television and radio broadcasters including Radio 4, E4, and ITV, as well as international studios including Warner Bros.

James Bushe is an award-winning filmmaker whose work has screened at Cannes, BIFFF, and many other festivals. His directing credits include Lore (2023), Cannibals and Carpet Fitters (2017), and Predator: Dark Ages (2015), which earned Best Film at the Tri-Cities International Film Festival.

James Harrison is a DoP and editor, and has led campaigns for brands including North Face, Alpro, Nissan, Monster Energy, and L’Oréal. His creative output spans documentaries, commercials and social content exceeding 40 million views.
